    By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
    These terms are designed to protect both our valued customers and our brand.
  • Products & Craftsmanship.
    All products are handcrafted with Chinioti artistry blended with modern design.
    Slight variations in wood grain, polish, or fabric may occur due to artisanal processes.
    Dimensions and specifications are provided to the best accuracy, but minor tolerances may apply.
  • Pricing & Payment
    Prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice.
    Full payment or an agreed deposit must be made before order confirmation. For custom or made‑to‑order furniture, 65% advance payment is required at the time of order.
    The remaining balance (35%) must be cleared before delivery.
    Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
  • Orders & Delivery
    Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
    Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout; delays may occur due to logistics or custom work.
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • Returns & Exchanges
    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only.
    Custom or made‑to‑order items are non‑returnable.
    Exchanges may be offered subject to product availability.
  • Warranty
    Furniture carries a limited warranty against structural defects for 12 months.
    Warranty does not cover wear & tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.
  • Intellectual Property
    All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Taj Mahal Furniture.
    Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
  • Limitation of Liability
    Taj Mahal Furniture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
    Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
